A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include replace existing asphalt shingles with new 40- year asphalt composition shingles over (1) layer of self-adhered snow and ice shield; replace any damaged roof sheathing or fascia as required; install new pre-finished metal drip edge/fascia; add new layer of 3" polyiso rigid insulation over original cathedral roof; install new metal siding wainscot on north/south/east elevations. Alternates include a standing seam roof in lieu of asphalt shingles and the painting of the exterior building (existing). Proposals will be opened and publicly read.
