Saving Project...

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Jaffray, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This tender includes the supply and installation of materials and labour to complete the following project located at Kikomun Creek Provincial Park. In general the work consists of the following: Removal of existing four sections of earth rammed timber stairs and dispose of offsite Supply and install of new designed four sections of earth rammed stairs with stained handrails Supply and install aggregate and Cedar timber bordered pathways connecting stair runs in designated areas as shown on the drawings Removal of existing wood border on lower pathway Supply and install new wood border and resurface lower pathway Removal of existing non-functioning stone water fountain Rehabilitation as indicated on tender drawings Deliver works in the role of Prime Contractor Coordinate all elements of Environmental Protection- including but not limited to siltation management and coordinating Owner supplied Registered professional Biologist to monitor works in the identified Painted Turtle Habitat The Contractor shall attain Total Performance of the Work, as certified by the Ministry Representative, on or before the 20 day of June, 2023.
