**As of June 1, 2023, project was awarded to Karvo Companies, awarded amount is $167,019.50.** A general description of the work is as follows: The project consists of 3 mill & fill roadway resurfacing, totaling 1,886 feet of center line. The Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for the Project: $228,086.95 Unit price bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Additional Doc Acq Note: Payment shall be made to AA Blueprint. The date that the Bidding Documents are picked up will be considered the Bidder s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Domestic steel use requirements as specified in Section 153.011 of the Ohio Revised Code apply to this project. Copies of Section 153.011 of the Revised Code can be obtained from any of the offices of the Department of Administrative Services. C. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to be ODOT Pre-Qualified. D. Per ODOT PN 013, the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization Goal for this project is 5%. The Village of Lakemore, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
