Site work and paving for a civil project in Lakemore, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
A general description of the work is as follows: Install approximately 2,123 LF of 6" PVC water main. Install approximately 2,002 LF of cured-in-place sanitary sewer pipe lining. Install 520 LF of new 8" sanitary sewer. Install cured-in-place sewer lateral rehabilitation for approximately 39 sewer laterals. Rehabilitate 8 sanitary manholes and install 4 new sanitary manholes. Install new drive culverts, storm sewer, and 7 new catch basins. 2, 174 LF of full depth and full width roadway replacement on Fairdale, Michaels, and Danforth. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Questions must be addressed in writing to Joshua Renicker, P.E., Hammontree & Associates, Ltd, by email at jrenicker@hammontree-engineers.com. Questions will not be accepted after 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. The Village of Lakemore, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Document Note: Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A contractor's bid for the project will only be accepted if the Bidding Documents are purchased from AA Blueprint.
