Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakemore, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Rehabilitate approximately 13,829 feet of sanitary sewer with cured-in-place pipe lining, including 32 manholes and 104 sanitary laterals. Replace approximately 1,559 feet of sanitary sewer, including 8 manholes and 20 sewer laterals. Install approximately 900 feet of new water lines. Full-depth replacement of approximately 900 feet of roadway. Bidders shall comply with Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing wage rates for Summit County. Domestic steel use requirements as specified in Section 153.011 of the Ohio Revised Code apply. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The project is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of Small Businesses in Rural Areas (SBRAs) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
