Renovation of a library in Windham, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Questions Due via email : March 10, 2023 Project - J. Eugene Smith Library Boiler Installation Project on the campus of Eastern Connecticut State University (ECSU) There will be a mandatory Pre Bid March 3 at 9:00 am at the J. Eugene Smith Library Summary of Work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Installation of new high efficiency (condensing type) natural gas fired hot water boilers, new end suction-base mounted pumps and controls. 2. Disconnections of High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) piping within existing vault serving Library. 3. Removal of existing HTHW heat exchanger, and related HTHW piping, and trim located within the basement of the Library. 4. Removal of existing hot water pumps and controllers. 5. This Project does not exceed the Threshold Limits as defined by the Connecticut General Statutes.
