Hard Copies. Bidder shall submit two (2) unbound hard copies. The Bid content shall be submitted on letter size (8 1/2 " x 11") or tabloid-size (11 x 17") if folded to letter size and typed only on the front of pages. The City of Roswell is requesting bids for the purpose of either roof replacement or repairs of roofs on City of Roswell buildings. As projects become available the city will contact the prequalified vendors to provide quotes and give a deadline when the quote is due and allow site visits. The City wishes to enter into a one year contract with the option upon mutual agreement to extend for three additional one year periods.
