The third phase of the Campus Site repairs and upgrades will complete repairs to the stairs, walkways, and sidewalks and will focus on creating the vehicular drop off and pick up zone in Lot E and address the pedestrian crossings on Creek Road. The project will also provide installation of bollards and gas tank enclosures at various locations around campus, consistent with the findings in the College's 2019 Campus Security Assessment. The project is included in the Dutchess County 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of May 21, 2024, information regarding a design team and the contractor selection has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
