The Glendell Acres Park Playground will provide a day use destination for residents of Edgerton and the surrounding region. The overall vision for this playground is to provide a unique, one-of-a-kind, creative play experience with play for all ages, and age-appropriate play elements. There are two (2) zones in the proposed site plan. Bidders shall aim to fit all proposed playground/fitness components and associated use areas within the combined square footage of the defined zones. Reasonable changes to the layout of the play surfacing areas of the two zones can be made (keeping at or below the combined area outlined on the plans 2,700 sf flat play surfacing and 985 sf fitness surfacing) to accommodate unique play and fitness features. The City of Edgerton is seeking Playground and Fitness Equipment Proposals for Glendell Acres Park. The playground will provide a day use destination for residents of Edgerton and the surrounding region.
