Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Village of Wellington, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Burkhardt Construction, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk for the Village of Wellington is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors/vendors who have not yet previously pre-qualified with our firm. It is anticipated that bid packages will be available for approved prequalified subcontractors March 2023 for submitting sub-bids and participating in the construction of Field 22 Rehabilitation, Village of Wellington, Village Park. Project is located at 11790 Pierson Road, Wellington, FL. (RFQ No. 202010). The following subcontractor/vendor trades are being solicited by Burkhardt Construction Inc.; Demolition, Storm Drainage, Earthwork/Grading, Sports Field Sodding, and Irrigation. Prequalification questionnaires may be filled out online from portal. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
