The City of Batesville Parks and Recreation Department located in the City of Batesville, AR is soliciting proposals by means of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for services of a qualified and experienced firm to assist in the Architectural / Engineering Services and other related work. The work will be for the conceptual design, location and cost estimation for new facilities to be located in Riverside Park and the surrounding properties. Instead of detailed specifications, the RFQ includes information to give offerors maximum flexibility in submitting proposals to be reviewed by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, City Engineer and the Parks Director. The committee will recommend the successful firm to assist with what will be herein referred to as the "Project". The City of Batesville reserves the right to add additional city personnel to the selection committee if deemed necessary. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
