Decommissioning of existing septic system, as per Tender Drawings and Specifications. Installation of new septic systems, including new leaching bed, piping, septic tanks, pump chambers, controls and commissioning, as per Tender Drawings and Specifications. The Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) submission is being reviewed by the Ministry and an approval to proceed is expected by late September. This work can only start once the ECA approval is received. Vegetation Clearing must take place immediately upon award, and completed prior to March 31st. This restrictioned time frame is mandatory. It is structured to avoid the active period of bats and migratory bird breeding season, as per attached Natural Heritage Evaluation Report. The General Contractor will be required to provide portable restroom trailers for the guests of the attraction. These trailers are required for the duration of the construction period. The trailers are to supply a total of 4 toilets, complete with sink and potable water. The portable restroom trailers are to be serviced and maintained as required to support the Client's daily operations on site. The Contractor's expected to supply their own temporary washrooms for construction purposes. These must run separate of the Trailers previously indicated.
