Renovation of a mixed-use development in Nickerson, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
A. The Project consists of the complete renovation of (3) science classrooms and associated Office, Prep and Storage rooms at: Nickerson High School 305 South Nickerson Steet Nickerson, KS 67561 as shown on Contract Documents prepared by Alloy Architecture, dated February 20, 2023. A. Items Supplied by Owner, Installed by Contractor: 1. IF the Owner has negotiated purchase orders with suppliers of material and equipment to be incorporated into the Work. These purchase orders are to be assigned to the Contractor and costs for receiving, handling, storage, if required, and installation shall be included in the Contract Sum. 2. The Contractor's responsibilities are the same as if the Contractor negotiated purchase orders, including responsibility to renegotiate purchase if necessary and to execute final purchase order agreements. 3. Owner Furnished Items are indicated on the Drawings and include toilet specialties. Direct all inquiries to the construction manager. RFI responses were issued 3-13-2023. Questions are due to the CM by 3-7-2023, Noon - kkasselman@mccowngordon.com Bid scopes have been issued as of 3-7-2023.
