The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional services which will support Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) permitting requirements for the Colorado State Highway 82 (CO 82) Lumberyard Access project Professional services to support Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) permitting requirements for the Colorado State Highway 82 (CO 82) Lumberyard Access project. Work planned at the intersection of the driveway of the facilities to be developed are in CDOT ROW and surrounding area require widening the entrance/driveway at 38005 CO-82, rebuilding the adjacent sidewalk underpass, and traffic signal improvements, and access at CO-82 and nearby Sage Way will be removed. Scoping with CDOT is needed to determine project boundaries and a comprehensive set of requirements for the project. Considerations include project coordination and management, initial site assessment for hazardous materials, biological assessment, archaeological, historical and paleontological resource assessments. Due to unknowns, NEPA compliance should also be considered. .
