Renovation of an educational facility in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All questions shall be submitted in writing directly to WCSD's Solicitations website at http://solicitations.washoeschools.net/ or via e-mail to solicitations@washoeschools.net by 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on March 20, 2023. During this active solicitation there shall be no personal contact with any WCSD employees or other parties associated with this project directly. All inquiries shall be done in writing as stated above. Washoe County School District Washoe County School District, in accordance with the provisions of NRS 338, will receive sealed formal bids for Exterior Painting & Sealing Improvements at Ed Van Gorder Elementary SchooL. Scope of Work: Reseal and paint exterior of building. Work shall include cleaning, prepping and resealing all exterior non painted CMU surfaces. In addition, Contractor shall clean, prep and repaint exterior windows, soffits, doors/frames, louvers, columns/beams and complete caulking and re caulking as drawn and specified. Some painted surfaces are lead containing.
