Renovation of a medical facility in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project will consist of the removal and replacement of existing fire/smoke dampers. The contractor will be responsible for reconnecting the new fire/smoke dampers to the existing fire alarm system and provide each new damper with an actuator that has an auxiliary switch for future tie into DDC system. Removal and reinstallation/replacement of ceilings where needed for access to fire/smoke dampers. Replace and install new access panels for maintenance access to all newly installed dampers. All work will be completed within an existing psychiatric hospital, security and patient confidentiality procedure must be followed by the contractor and subcontractors. Replace Fire-Smoke Dampers (Dini-Townsend Psychiatric Hospital) All bidders submitting bids to the State Public Works Division must be qualified as bidders by the State Public Works Division prior to the bid opening
