Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Relocation of Mobile Classroom Building #725 from Miguel Sepulveda Elementary School to new pad site at Sky Ranch Middle School. Extend utilities to the new classroom site. Install new skirt, ramp/stair system and gutters/downspouts for mobile building. Remove concrete landing, regrade, and cap all once connected utilities at Miguel Sepulveda Elementary School. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractor's License for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements as specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 624 shall also be strictly adhered to. Contractors shall also carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as identified in Section 00800.
