Description: Base Bid Description: This project consists of non-asbestos flooring removal and installation at building 8A and 8N at the Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health facility located at 480 Galletti Way, Sparks Nevada, 89431. The contractor will be responsible for providing and installation all materials specified within the project documents. Asbestos abatement activities will take place prior to the flooring contractors work and be separately contracted through State Public Works Division. Contract Time: 60 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $200.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project.
