Renovation of an educational facility in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Demolition and replacement of the existing HVAC system within the Lobby, Offices and Preschool of the Recreation Center, which includes the installation of new VAV boxes, air handler units, ductwork and piping, and the addition of a new water heater room. There will also be electrical, structural, ceiling tile replacement and flat work for support of the new unit. It is the responsibility of all potential bidders/responders to monitor the Purchasing Division's website for any changing information prior to submitting their bid/proposal. The City of Sparks will not be responsible for the timeliness or completeness of information provided by any 3 rd party bid listing or re-selling service.
