This project consists of extending the existing fire suppression piping to the garage and storage area above the mezzanine in the Mason Fire Department: Construction shall include: This project consists of the design, procurement, and installation of all piping, fittings, valves, pipe hangers, and appurtenances required for extending the existing Wet-Pipe Sprinkler System, to include the 6250 SF garage area and 1960 SF storage area above the mezzanine. All work is located within the City of Mason Fire Department, 221 W. Ash Street, Mason, MI 48854. Construction shall be coordinated such as to maintain operation of the existing fire suppression system in the office space of the building, with minimal interruption. Electronic Bidding Documents will be furnished free-of-charge by registering with Wolverine Engineers & Surveyors, Inc. All bidders MUST register with Engineer by sending an email to janicer@wolveng.com requesting to be added to the bidders list. Registering ensures timely receipt of all addenda. Following registration, complete hard copy sets of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office and cost will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the ship-ping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
