Remodeling of an educational facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Reconfiguration of existing kitchen spaces to include electrical, mechanical, plumbing, finishes and new kitchen equipment. The Contractor shall include in the bid all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, services, incidentals, taxes and materials for a complete working project in conformance with the Contract Documents. The Los Rios Community College District and its Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and/or waive any minor irregularity of a bid as the public good may require.
