The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to procure an architectural and engineering contract for right-of-way (ROW) engineering and survey support services for the Fresno-to-Bakersfield Locally Generated Alternative (LGA) project section that spans approximately 18.5 miles in length and is located within Kern County. The resulting contract will include providing personnel and expertise to prepare ROW appraisal maps, legal descriptions, surveys, staking, monumentation, and exhibits to support ROW acquisition and other requested services for a three year term and a not-to-exceed amount of $3,349,000.
