Floors to be constructed of .080 smooth aluminum over 1/2 marine grade plywood with interior ramp and to be in both compartments. Doors to be 34" x 78" flush mount self closing and hinged left. Door to include: (3) hinges, 36" high diamond tread kick plate on interior and exterior, thermometer, LED light above door, deadbolt handle, heat cable, and adjustable threshold. Accessories to include: (2) 48" LED light fixtures, 24" deep interior ramp, {2) low temp strip curtains for 34" x 78" net opening, (5) vertical closure trim pieces, {1) membrane roofing package, and {37) prefabricated floor seismic restraints. Warranty: 15 Year Panel Warranty, 1 Year Parts and Labor, 4 Year Extended Compressor Warranty INSTALLATION:Installation to be included with bid. Install to be performed by certified refrigeration specialist and to including the following: Receive, unload and stage. Construction of walk-in, hanging of evaporator{s), refrigerant piping between condensing units and coils, condensate drain line routing, heating with pvc to be included, and hanging of lights.
