Reference Number 0000311768 City of Taylor is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from a qualified skateboard and BMX park design-build firm or team (Contractor). Contractor must provide comprehensive professional services including schematic design, design development, construction documents and turnkey construction for a permanent skatepark at Lange Park, 14141 Lange Street, Taylor, MI 48180. The 40 acre park is located on Lange Street between Eureka Road and Northline Road just west of Beech Daly Road. Both park elements will be state-of-the-art - based on the latest design principles and constructed with high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity. It will feature a mix of street and transition-style terrain, with elements designed for all age groups and ability levels.
