As of May 16, 2023, project was awarded to Winters construction in the amount of $382,459.61. When utilizing the County's website, please complete the Acknowledgement Form that is posted within the Project Manual so you can be listed as a Plan Holder, and will automatically receive addendums, if issued. You are reminded that you are solely responsible for checking the County's website for updates. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with instruction to bidders. All bidders shall hold their bids for Sixty (60) days after actual date of bid opening. NOTICE OF REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT. Bidders are reminded that in order to be considered for bid award, all contractors (including their subcontractors if at a specific cost threshold) must be registered under the Labor Enforcement Fund with the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions on the date bids are unconditionally accepted for consideration for bid award and must remain actively registered in order to perform work under this solicitation. The Contractor selected for award of a contract shall provide documentation to verify compliance with this paragraph prior to execution of a contract. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bidding. Contractor performing this work shall furnish all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner, the Work required for the sewer lift station improvements at McGee Park. Furnish and install new 6'0" diameter Duplex Pre-Manufactured fiberglass lift station with pumps, new electrical service, 6'0" Valve Vault and Meter Vault Assemblies respectively, excavation, dewatering, new 6'0" chain link fencing with gate, 6" diameter HDPE Piping, 6" valve/valve box, installation of pressure sanitary sewer cleanout (detail 4-D-118), demolition of existing lift station and other miscellaneous items of work as per Plans and Specifications complete.
