The Class of Work of This Project is Signing (Permanent). The Value for This Contract is Estimated to Be Between $170,000 and $210,000. The Work Will Consist of, but Not Be Limited to, the Following: Install and Maintain Temporary Traffic Control. Remove Existing Signs and Supports. Install New Signs, Supports and Footings. Install New Roadside Delineators. Perform Additional and Incidental Work as Called for by the Specifications and Plans. Bidders Are Encouraged to Allow Extra Time to Ensure Proposals Are Uploaded by the Deadline. Bidders Shall Include a Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check for the Minimum Amount of 10% of the Bid Price. Each Bid Must Contain a Statement as to Whether the Bidder is a Resident Bidder, as Defined in Ors 279a.120. Vendors Shall Use Recyclable and/or Sustainably Sourced Products to the Maximum Extent Economically Feasible in the Performance of the Contract Work Set Forth in the Solicitation Documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
