Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Anderson Island, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work includes but is not limited to the following items of work improvement of an existing culvert located at the intersection of 108th St and Eckenstam Johnson Road on Anderson Island at Schoolhouse Creek. The work also includes installation of a new pavement and guardrail and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Contract Time shall be fifty five (55) working days following the "Notice to Proceed" and material procurement period. Cost Range: $700,000 - $1,200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Any prospective Bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the Bid Documents must request the explanation or interpretation in writing via the Pierce County Procurement and Contract Services website
