The location and description of the proposed work are as follows: The proposed project is located in Mohave County on Stockton Hill Rd, Hualapai Mountain Rd, Airway Ave, and Gordon Dr within the City of Kingman. The proposed work consists of the installation of 7 speed feedback signs and other related work. The time allowed for the completion of the work included in this contract will be 90 working days. The Arizona Department of Transportation, in Accordance With the Provisions of Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252.42 U.s.c. 2000d-4) and the Regulations, Hereby Notifies All Bidders That It Will Affirmatively Ensure That Any Contract Entered Into Pursuant to This Advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full and Fair Opportunity to Submit Bids in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, or National Origin in Consideration for an Award.
