Renovation of an educational facility in Stony Brook, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
CR Number: 2095279 For project number 22/23-127MC titled; Roosevelt Community Stair Towers Repair - Furnish material, equipment, labor, services required to provide for miscellaneous concrete roof parapets, infills, deep cast in place concrete repairs, etc. Work includes the installation of formwork, reinforcement, expansion joints, and other items listed herein. Provide special formwork or form liners for concrete with smooth finishes. Allow ample time and facility for the Work of other Divisions to be installed. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 70 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 18% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 12% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 70 Calendar Days
