The work involved will include the following: Schedule I - Taxiway A Rehabilitation Schedule II - Hangar Apron Area and Taxiway B4 Rehabilitation (Non-Federal) Schedule III - Long Term Parking Lot Rehabilitation (Non-Federal) Schedule IV - Construct Snow Storage Area (Non-Federal) Schedule V - Widen Taxilane (Non-Federal) Construction for this project is expected to take 108 calendar day(s). Performance & Payment Bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish separate performance and payment bonds each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Eagle County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or technicality in any bid, to negotiate contract terms with a bidder, to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bids and to postpone the award of the contract for a period not exceeding 120 calendar days after bid opening.
