Jesup Central School District - Additions and Renovations The bids are for a single Prime Contract (civil, general, mechanical and electrical combined) for the additions and renovations. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated sub-bids will not be accepted. Awards of Contract is anticipated to commence on or about March 23, 2023. Work may begin immediately following execution of the agreement and is scheduled to be completed in phases as indicated as shown on the Contract Documents. Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring interpretation of the bidding documents or substitution requests are required to make a written request to the Architect by 5:00 p.m. local time seven calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. Clarifications or modifications of the Bid Documents will be addressed via Addendum by 5:00 p.m. local time five calendar days prior to the date for receopt of Bids. 1.
