Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Provide engineering and local match funds for a federally funded project to construct a protected bikeway on Kellogg Boulevard between St. Peter Street and W7th. The project is part of the Capital City Bikeway (CCB) network of approximately 5 miles of off-street trails throughout downtown Saint Paul that connects the regional destinations downtown with the existing trail network and residential locations throughout the City. The project includes sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, paving, signage/striping, lighting, signal work and wayfinding. Utility work, grading, curb and gutter will be completed as necessary to construct the bikeway. Project is included City of Saint Paul FY 2025 - 2029 CIP. As of April 24, 2025, project is in Phase 2 and in design. Construction expected in 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
