The vendor is expected to provide the UPS equipment below for PCHS. Tripp Lite is the required equipment manufacturer. Tripp Lite SMART3000RMXL2U UPS or equivalent, quantity 9 Tripp Lite SMART1500RMXL2UA UPS or equivalent, quantity 9 Tripp Lite UPSHDEARKIT Heavy-Duty 2-post Front Mounting Ear Kit, quantity 13 Submit questions in writing via email to dpittman@pierce.k12.ga.us. Answers will be emailed back and posted by addendum before the bid deadline to the district web site. The final award will be made to the vendor offering the solution deemed to be in the best advantage to PCS. PCS will be the sole judge in making such determination. PCS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Although cost is the primary evaluation factor, it will not be the sole factor considered. The decision as to the acceptance of any proposal is final.
