Southlake will only accept bids from prequalified General Contractors. TIMELINE: As of January 9, 2024, this contract has yet to be awarded. Timeframe for the award has yet to be identified / confirmed. The following Subcontractors have been prequalified for this project: Mechanical Contractors 1. Battaglia Mechanical 2. Black & McDonald Ltd. 3. Kelson Mechanical Inc. 4. Modern Niagara Toronto Inc. 5. Plan Group Inc. 6. Tormac Mechanical Contractors Ltd. The following Subcontractors have been prequalified for this project: Electrical Contractors 1. Accel Electrical Contractors Ltd. 2. Black & McDonald Ltd. 3. Danik Electrical Construction Co. Ltd. 4. Guild Electric Ltd. 5. Ontario Electrical Construction Company Ltd. 6. Plan Group Inc. 7. Platinum Power Group Inc. Based on the estimated construction value of this project the appropriate category as identified in Southlake's RFSQ No. 1972479643 for Pre-qualification of General Contractors, Mechanical Contractors and Electrical Contractors is category GC2. The value listed in this report represents the upper range value of category GC2 and does not represent the estimated construction value or Southlake's budget.
