**As of May 26, 2023, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Bids shall be made in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other bidding documents which are on file and available for examination at the offices of Kildare Public School. Plans will also be available for viewing at the Pioneer Tech Plan Room in Ponca City. The envelope containing the bid must be sealed and contain the words "BID", the name of the bid item, and the time and date of the bid opening on the face of the envelope. The successful bidder shall submit Certification of Insurance for Public Liability and Workers Compensation in the amounts prescribed by Statute, or as dictated within the project specifications, with the Kildare Public School named as additional insured. Bids filed as provided herein shall be publicly opened on the above-mentioned time, date and place. All bids shall remain on file at least sixty (60) days thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for the opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and will be returned unopened. A Business Relationship Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Cashier's Check, a Certified Check or a Surety Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and to successful bidders upon approval of the Contract and submission of a 100% Statutory Bond and a 100% Maintenance Bond. Do not include state or local sales tax in your bid. The Kildare Public School will appoint the successful bidder its agent for the purpose of receiving tax exempt status on the purchase of material pursuant to 68 0.S., 1356 (1). In addition, the bidder shall comply with all relevant and applicable provisions of the State of Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. (Title 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes).
