Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Lansdowne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the Lansdowne Borough 2023 Road Program. The scope of work includes milling, overlay, the installation of ADA ramps in conformance with Federal Standards, traffic control and base repair as needed. Pavement markings are to be re-installed in kind per field conditions. A portion of bicycle lanes are proposed to be installed per the associated contract documents. There is no physical bid opening for this project, bids will be revealed via the PennBid website. The awarded bidder is responsible for satisfying all fees required by PennBid. All interested parties must submit questions via the web-based system, by the posted deadline for questions. Bidders are not permitted to contact the Borough Engineer or staff directly. Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. Prevailing Wage requirements are applicable to this project. Public Works Employment Verification Act requirements are also in effect.
