The City of Owasso (City) is inviting qualified vendors to submit a Proposal relating to the daily Janitorial Services at seven (7) specified park locations in the City of Owasso. Five (5) of the parks will need service from March 11, 2023, through November 12, 2023. Two (2) of the parks will need services year-round from March 11, 2023 - March 10, 2024. Preliminary Selection: March 8, 2023 Award Agreement: March 9, 2023 The City intends to seek an individual or company that would be interested in providing daily Janitorial Services at all of the following facilities: 1. Redbud Festival Park 109 N. Main Street, Owasso, OK 74055 2. Rayola Park 8300 N. Owasso Expressway, Owasso, OK 74055 3. Elm Creek Park 12401 East 77th Pl N, Owasso, OK 74055 4. Skate Park 456 S Main St, Owasso, OK 74055 5. McCarty Park 8200 N 91st E Ave, Owasso, OK 74055 6. Funtastic Island 10320 E 116th St N, Owasso, OK 74055 7.
