Renovation of an educational facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work primarily consists of removing existing roofing, salvaging & reinstalling existing metal cladding and installing new SBS membrane roof systems. Also included are curb/parapet modifications, installation of new roof drains, scuppers and piping Questions about the tender should be directed to jerrad.worona@kaa.ca. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid. award is subject to final approval.
