Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking services of a qualified architectural or engineering (A/E) firm headed by a registered architect or registered engineer to provide design and construction administration services for improvements to the replacement of existing roofs at Lower Mills Housing Corporation (257), located in the Dorchester section of Boston, Massachusetts. Complete details, qualification and submission requirements can be found in the RFP. Questions or requests for modifications regarding this RFP will be accepted in writing ONLY and must be submitted via email to bids@bostonhousing.org seven (7) calendar days before the deadline for receipt of proposals. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
