Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Morrice, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of reconstruction and rehabilitation of the following streets within The Morrice Village Limits: 2023 LOCAL STREETS -MORRICE RD. (First St, to Mason St.); THIRD ST. (Morrice Rd. to Main St.); SECOND ST. (Morrice Rd. to Main St.); ALLEY (West of Main St.); MAIN ST. SIDEWALK. Construction shall include areas of pulverizing, balancing and grading existing bituminous roadways totaling approximately 9000 s.yd.; removal of pulverized material totaling approximately 500 c.yds.; replacement of bituminous leveling course and wearing course totaling approximately 2100 tons; Removal and replacement of 4" and 6" concrete sidewalks and driveways totaling approximately 2400 S.ft.; pavement markings, signing and traffic control, restoration and cleanup and other miscellaneous work items that normally are included with the described work items. All bidders MUST register with Engineer by sending an email to janicer@wolveng.com requesting to be added to the bidders list. Registering ensures timely receipt of all addenda. The Contractor is solely responsible to obtain any and/or all Addenda as may be issued for this project. Failure to obtain and acknowledge any and/or Addenda will result in rejection of Contractor's bid. The work required under this contract is located upon sites owned by the Owner and/or rights-of-way obtained by the Owner.
