Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morrice, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the complete and satisfactory removal of existing shingles from Perry salt barn and cold storage located at 1816 Lansing Road, Perry, Michigan, and installation of new shingles or classic rib steel roof panels as specified herein. Work shall be completed by September 1, 2024. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part of the same, to waive irregularities and or informalities and to make the award in part or entirety as may appear in the best interest of the County of Shiawassee.
