Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Arlington, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 94,136-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Early Sitework and Early Procurement for HVAC and Electrical Equipment bids are currently being accepted. The remainder of the bid packages will bid late September or early October. Site work will commence in August 2024, with the remainder of the project to bid in September 2024. Construction completion is anticipated to be complete July 2026. The closed solicitation has been included below for reference. For Arlington New PK-12 Delivery Method CM at Risk Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Procurement at procurement@ofcc.ohio.gov with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Questions will be answered and posted to the Opportunities page on the OFCC website on a regular basis until one week before the response deadline. The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document. Build one new Elementary/Middle/High school for 555 students in grades PK-12 The building is to be approximately 94,136 SF with a total co-funded budget of $37,600,485 (Master Plan). This project's master plan is based on a 2022 cost set.
