Renovation of a municipal facility in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work of this project consists of procurement, fabrication and installation of a new steel entrance canopy on the north side of Rider Hall. There is minor electrical work to provide and install new lighting at the canopy. All work shall be completed on or before August 11, 2023. The CONSTRUCTOR shall become familiar with the site and any conditions that may affect the work. Contact Gary Hintermeister at 319-273-2611 to schedule a site tour.
