Demolition, site work, paving, remodeling and addition to a mixed-use development in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a 10,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for the remodel of a 3,000-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Consists of An approximately10,000 square Foot ,two-story addition anda New main vestibule, As well as Approximately 3,000 Square Feet Of remodeling within the Existing building. Also included is replacement of the Existing Southeast facing curtainwall. Sitework consists of work required to accommodate the Addition including removals, Grading, site utilities, Concrete Paving/sidewalks And landscaping. Start date anticipatedtobeMay22,2023withcompletioninFall2024. As such, Henkel is currently seeking prequalification for the following: • Bid Package No. 03A (Trade Package Work) – Building Concrete including but not necessarily limited to footings, foundations and slabs. • Bid Package No. 05A (Trade Package Work) – Structural Steel including but not necessarily limited to furnishing and erecting. • Bid Package No. 31A (Trade Package Work) – Site Work including but not necessarily limited to site and bulk building demolition, erosion control and grading.
