Completed plans call for the addition of a 11,000-square-foot theater / auditorium; for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot theater / auditorium; for the demolition of a theater / auditorium; and for site work for a theater / auditorium.

Project Consists of An approximately10,000 square Foot ,two-story addition and a new main vestibule, As well as Approximately 3,000 Square Feet Of remodeling within the existing building. Also included is replacement of the existing southeast facing curtainwall. Sitework consists of work required to accommodate the Addition including removals, grading, site utilities, concrete paving/sidewalks And landscaping. Start date anticipatedtobeMay22,2023withcompletioninFall2024. As such, Henkel is currently seeking prequalification for the following: Trade Contract Work (subcontractors) Bid Package No. 04A Masonry. Bid Package No. 07A Roofing and associated sheet metal. Bid Package No. 08D Aluminum and glazing, including curtain walls. Bid Package No. 09A Drywall. Bid Package No. 09B Acoustical ceilings. Bid Package No. 09C Tiling. Bid Package No. 22A Mechanical, including plumbing and HVAC. Bid Package No. 26A Electrical, including low voltage systems. Bid Package No. 32A Site concrete. Material Packages (suppliers) Bid Package No. 06A Cabinets, countertops and finish carpentry. Bid Package No. 08A Hollow metal frames, doors and associated hardware.
