Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This work shall consist of the removal and construction of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalk according to the plans and these specifications. The work under the proposed contract shall commence within ten (10) calendar days after the date set forth in the written Notice to Proceed and shall be performed regularly and diligently through-out the duration of the project. All work shall be completed within sixty (60) working days.
