Site work and new construction of a civil project in Valley, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing a new municipal well, water mains, and related appurtenances Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. One (1) municipal well, approximately 100 feet deep, consisting of a 38 inch drill hole, 16 inch casing and screen, 1,000 gallons per minute submersible pump with 25 Hp motor, controls, piping, valving, well control vault, electrical work, and related appurtenances. Also included are approximately 475 feet of 12 inch water main, gate valves, fire hydrant, and fitting. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
