Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Valley, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of constructing removal and replacement of concrete panels, curb ramps, crack and joint sealing and other appurtenances as shown on the drawings. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Work under the proposed Project Contract shall be commenced within ten calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed, and the work shall be substantially completed on or before August 30, 2024, and completed by September 10, 2024, subject to any extension of time which may be granted by the Owner. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Owner
