Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Valley, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The park renovation project shall consist of a new park shelter(s), pickle-ball courts, basketball court, sand volleyball, new sidewalks, parking, and site lighting. All required site and electrical work shall be included under this contract. Location Details City: Valley County: Douglas State/Province: NE For plans and specifications that are to be shipped: Include a non-refundable $15.00 shipping and handling fee for each set of plans and specifications.
