The Contractor agrees to complete all work in PHASE 2A-1 by the interim completion date of OCTOBER 1, 2023. Completion is defined as having all utility installation, concrete work and final surfacing completed and roadways opened to traffic. Seeding shall be completed by NOVEMBER 15, 2023.
